Here is a 10 week progress pic. Just seeing if you can tell the difference. I feel like I look a bit leaner and a bit bigger.

    Yup. Stomach looks leaner. Delts and maybe pecs look a little bitter.

    Abs, pecs and delts are popping a little more. Keep up the good work. I'm assuming you are trying to cut down.

    Just trying to lose body fat. For this 10 weeks, I lifted heavy at maintenance calories. Weight has stayed the same.

    Thanks everyone.

    I am curious to know what people think. This was a 10 week plan I went on eating at maintenance and lifting heavy. I obviously lost some body fat, but my weight stayed the same during this time. Did I add muscle?

    might be due to lighting variance but your arms look more defined, definitely the stomach.
