Best Place/Website to get a heart rate monitor?

Looking for a good heart rate monitor that will also tell me how many calories burned. Preferably not too expensive.
What kind do you use? Where did you get it?

    I use a Polar F7 and got it on Amazon. I just ordered a Polar F4 for my bff as a gift on Amazon this morning. They both cost around $70. And they both tell calorie burn.
