From 254 pounds to 185 I want to lose 10 more

Hey over the summer I went from 254 to 185 by dieting and walking more losing 2 to 2.5 pounds per week. I want to get down 10 more pounds to 175 so that I don't kick myself as I gain weight building lean mass back up. I want to end up a much more fit 185 pound me. MFP is recommending 1350 Calories and that seems low to me. I have been eating closer to 1800 but not noticing much weight loss. Any recommendations ect.

I am 22 male and around 6 feet

    Set it to 0.5lb per weeks itch only 10lbs to go the trick is slow

    You're aiming for too high a weekly loss if it's giving you that few cals ..I'm on 1610 and am female, older and shorter and lighter but set to .5lb

    And don't forget its a NEAT calculation so you eat back exercise

    Hey man you are going to need to increase your calories not decrease. Try increasing to 2000 and watch the pounds fall off, it works every time buddy. That is how I lost my last 10 lbs and how all my mentees lost their last 10. if you have any more questions message me
