This is my first time I've joined this site. I live in London but currently in Toronto visiting my parents. While here I decided to join the local gym and hire a personal trainer. I have her for 16 sessions in total and boy it was not cheap! I've already lost 3 pounds in the first week and half and I see such a difference in my eating habits and my overall health! Now I need to continue my routine when I get back to London.

I'm thinking of joining the Nuffield gym and getting a couple of personal training sessions. I really hope I'm able to stick to my routine because I have a tendency to start and stop. Anyway would love any advice, tips, and motivation!
