1.cup, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats - Dry
1.00 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb), Apples - Raw, without skin
1.00 cup, Milk - Nonfat, with added vitamin A (fat free or skim)
1.00 tbsp, Spices - Cinnamon, ground
25.00 raisins, Raisins - Seedless

50.00 g, Yogurt - Plain, low fat (1% fat)
1.00 tbsp(s), Nuts - Almonds
2.00 tsp(s), Honey
0.50 cup, sliced, Strawberries - Raw

This is an amazingly healthy breakfast that you need to prepare the day before but is well worth the effort and is great for when you are in a hurry in the morning.

Put the cup of oats in a tupperware container, add the grated apple with skin and then the yogurt and the milk. It just needs to be of a porrige consistency so perhaps not the whole half cup. Add the raisins and nuts and cinnamon. Make sure it is mixed in nicely and pop in the fridge the night before.

In the morning all you need to do is add the nuts, strawberries or berries of your choice and a spoon of honey - enjoy - this should keep you going all morning :)

Remember to only eat half and leave the other half for the next day :)
