Metabolistic damage/calorie levels

So, it appears I have found the trick that works for me in terms of weight loss. I just need to drink about 3l a day (herbal tea, no added sugar flavoured water, water etc) and that seems to be doing the trick for me.

Either that or the increased level of exercise.

So I am still aiming for roughly the same number of calories, and tend to eat about 1300-1400 per day. However, I have majorly increased my exercise expenditure, up to (MFP estimates) averaging 350 per day, every day.

This, in the last 2 weeks, seems to have finally got me off my plateau and into losing weight, but I feel like it's almost going too quickly (2kg/4lbs in 2 weeks, on a 5'5 tall, 67kg/144lbs start).

I am enjoying the results obviously, but am a bit worried maybe I am damaging my metabolism, although as I am not below the 1200 level, it's hopefully just the increased drinking and exercise that is causing it. Do I have any cause for concern?
