Hi! I am Spocky and I live in Budapest, Hungary, Europe.
I am 170cm high and 69kg, 6 months ago I was 76 kg. My diet's success was due to eating 5 times a day, low carb intake, protein shake for dinner, running or going to the gym once a week, 20 min intensive training every evening, drinking mostly water.
It looks like I am an endomorph body type, so I can grow muscles fast but I should not eat much. I still have a belly so I think I will have to lose 2 more kg-s. Sometimes it is very hard because I am losing weight very slowly - about 1 kg in 3 weeks. Yes, I know. I don't have time to do more cardio because I work late.
