I just received a NuWave and am unfamiliar with it. Does anyone have one - have any tips, cheers or jeers?

    A NuWave oven?! OMG. Most amazing device ever invented. I want one so badly I can taste it. My mother owns one and I sometimes take it home with me when I'm cooking for my Loves parents if they're in town (His mom can't eat grease, neither can we).

    They can do anything. You've never had an in-house steak the way that bad boy makes them. Or egg sandwiches. Toasted bread. Chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, mushrooms and swiss cheese and breaded. Mmm. No..no...asparagus with lemon pepper. Even. Better.
