Arm workout to compliment SL 5x5

I am about 3 weeks into Stonglifts 5x5 workout and so far I am loving it. My favourite part being the phone app that automatically tells me what I should be lifting and shows my progress, really helps to motivate me.

I don't feel that my arms are getting much of a workout though. Can anyone recommend a good arm workout (that isn't dips and chinups/pullups as I really struggle to even do 1 of each and it completely demotivates me!)? And preferably one that has an app similar to the SL5x5 app to track and motivate me.

Cheers all

Your arms should be getting plenty of work with Stronglifts. Bench and OHP work triceps (shoulders and chest), Pendlay work biceps (shoulders and back). I suppose if you want you could add a set of bicep curls and tricep extensions on the end. I use the Jefit app for general lifting. It's not exactly the same as the SL5x5 one but it works.

Looks like an in-app purchase will be available soon for an arm workout supplement.

If you're following SL correctly, you really won't need a huge amount of accessory work.

Really though, if you want extra arm work that will positively impact SL.

Dips, pushups, pullups. HFT style brah. If you can't do a legit pull up, do negatives. Do banded. Just do em. Pushups. Sets of 30 until you fall on your nose. ;) Can't do it on your toes? Do it modified. Just, do it. In fact, as much as I hate them, for a BW push exercise, pushups are pretty good as you can adjust hand positioning in order to focus on where you want to hit.
