Only 1,500? That's a feast! How much more do you want?0 -
Yup, I tend to leave 1500 to 2500 calories for dinner and dessert.0

I tend to find that I eat more at breakfast and lunch than at dinner/evening. I guess that just works for me, but as long as you're meeting your daily intake it shouldn't matter. Whatever works for you.0

I definitely save most my calories for evening and dinner. I am ok during the day with eating less calories, but when im home at night I am ready to feel satisfied0

I usually eat between 500-600 calories for breakfast and the same for lunch with a snack somewhere between lunch and dinner which leaves me a good amount (700-900) calories for dinner. I usually don't hit my goals because I try to eat foods that aren't too high in carbs, sugars or fats. Sometimes I have a dessert to cap the night off but I try to balance everything out. I can't function during the day without a steady stream of calories.0

I dont eat after 7 (well about 730 if im on a 12 hour shift) so i got at least 12 hours fasted overnight but thats just personal preference0

I only have 1200 calories a day so I definitely do this so i can enjoy dinner with my husband and maybe a glass of wine. Im glad to see I'm not the only one!0

I just started doing this because I am having a really hard time eating at 1490 calories. My weight loss had really slowed down and I believe it was because I was over estimating my calories on a daily basis (duh). I was eating back my exercise calories too and while I wasn't gaining, I wasn't losing. I joined a gym, started weight lifting, taking classes and still nothing. I thought, I would try to minimize my calories in the morning and eat more in the evening when I am most hungry and tend to eat the most. It has been working. I think its because I am "only" eating at my 1490 cals now but whatever the reason, I'm happy.0

I totally do this, about 1000 of my 1500 allowance happens from 8pm onwards. Dinner, then treats/snacks. I'd rather eat light during the day and be able to snack if I feel like it in the evening, and if I don't eat all those calories, the occasional light day won't hurt me0

I'm exactly the same as this! I like to have a few 'nice' snacks at night once the kids are fast asleep. That's when I raid the pantry.0
