Hi everyone :)

I am on the health journey once again. I'm doing pretty good. Lost 7.7 lbs my first week...didn't expect that but it happened. Just feeling a little off the last few days..feeling like food is the enemy...I'm dealing with a massive migraine and feeling dizzy so working out is not appealing to me at all.

I don't feel defeated as I know I am stronger than this and will come out of what I'm feeling...I guess I'm just searching for encouragement...knowing I'm not the only one who feels like this sometimes

Needed to vent..thank you :)

Hope you feel better soon. Large weight loss can trigger migraines. You may want to talk to your doctor about possible preventive measures. Also don't forget to eat at least brothy soup. Chicken soup cures everything.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. Are you sure it's not from eating too little? 7.7 lbs in a week is a lot! It could just be water since you are just starting, but if you are eating too few calories that can cause the symptoms you describe.
  • thx for the advice :) yes it is a lot and I thought WTF so I weighed 3 times !!! same number...I drink 2 litres of water a day, I track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth (sorry that sounded crude lol)...there were days I was over my calories...and days I was under due to working out...I am taking care to not eat too little cuz believe me, a 7.7 lb loss was not what I set out to do...I worked out today at lunch and im feeling a bit better...thx again :)
