Newbie!

New here - hoping to find motivational support, I guess. Heavier than I have ever been, tired, ready to make some changes. Started already with diet and am moving into exercise. Plan is to bike ride and walk to start, maybe try some yoga via dvd. Eventually, I'd like to be back in the shape I need to be in to participate in some 5k's, move on to 10k's.....running used to be my out. I need that again. I need it to be a "for life" kind of thing. I'm ready! - Looking forward to meeting others on this forum!
