fitbit zip or another

I am 4lb off my goal so thinking about maintenance and how to manage it. I currently have a fitbit zip. All my exercise is step based, I wondered if anyone can advise from their experience if the zip is enough or another tracker would be more effective in helping me track and maintain. I wonder if a HR monitor would be useful in accurate tracking. thanks in advance

A heart rate monitor is designed for steady state cardio. I have a FitBit One. I do burn more calories...per my HRM (during steady state cardio) than my FitBit gives me credit for. But unless you do lots and lots of cardio it's not worth the extra expense (IMO).0
