Hey, A new week saw a new start after not using MFP all through the joke the UK calls Summer!!
Former Fatman turned Ironman, used to be 336lb, now around 236 aiming for 1XX.
Love myself a bit of Triathlon but not the short stuff as that hurts too much so I stick to Ironmans and Half Irons.
Already planned 2015's events to keep me motivated. Got a feel Half marathons a Full marathon, Half Iron and Full Ironman. Aiming to try and get a Half marathon in each month unless if have a bigger race planned.
