If you are overweight and out of shape don't feel helpless. You have the power to turn things around.
Step 1:
Its your fault. Stop making excuses and blaming others for your activity level or what you put in your mouth.
Step 2:
Count calories. Figure out your TDEE and consume less than that.
Step 3.
Watch the weight fall off. As you approach your goal weight don't become content. Continually set more difficult fitness goals and focus on becoming stronger and more aerobically fit.
