I weighed myself Monday, I ate only 66 calories over my goal daily calories, but, I was up 3 pounds today when I weighed myself. I knew I ate way too much sodium in my food as I ate Subway for breakfast and McDonalds for lunch, I was over 1000 mg in my sodium, I ate over 3500mgs of sodium yesterday and I can feel it. so anyone wondering why or how you can gain 3lbs over night, just eat too much salt.
so today I'm drinking lots of water, and peeing, and now my rings aren't tight anymore on my fingers. So I'm guessing tomorrow I'll be down the 3lbs tomorrow.

Special Kitty is on to something there.

The only way I can eat that much sodium and not gain is if I drink a gallon of water. And I'm not kidding. I normally drink between 1/2 and 3/4 gallon a day.

Drink water for a few days and reweigh. YOu should come down.

Your body is a natural sodium absorber. When your body absorbs sodium, water gets absorbed with it to balance out your body. If you eat a lot of sodium without drinking water your body actually thinks you're out of whack and holds in the water.
