30 day shred & discouraged

Hello all

I started the 30 day shred last week. Im on day 8 of level 1 and will start level 2 on friday.
For those who have done the 30 day shred, which level or which day did you really start to see results. So far I havent seen that much results and haven't lost any weight yet. I'm 5'4 137 pounds. Ive been staying within 1200-1400 calories a day.

Feeling a little discouraged :(

    You might need more than just that for exercise. I do that plus 3 hours of walking (3.0mph), plus three days a week I burn 500 cal swimming.

    Try adding some more exercise. YOu don't have much left to lose so your weight loss will be slow.

    I did the kettlebell 30 DS, I also did 50 mins of cardio every second day or 20 minutes of running every other day. I lost about 8 lbs fter 4weeks- usually thats how long it takes to show any results
