Shrimp and Sun Dried tomatoes with pasta

Came up with this one tonight it was tasty and filling.
6.5 oz Shrimp about 1 cup
5 oz mushrooms about 2 cups sliced
1 oz sun dried tomatoes chopped
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 Tbs marsala cooking wine (optional)
1/4 tsp red peper flake
2 cups raw spinach
1 Tbs Bisquick Heart Smart
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 Tbs shredded Parmesan
6 oz heart healthy pasta
coat shrimp with Bisquick and set aside
put sun dried tomatoes in chicken stock and heat in microwave for about 2 min set aside
on Med High cook shrimp in oil until lightly browned on both sides add garlic, and red pepper let cook 2 or 3 more min.
add mushrooms pour in chicken broth and marsala wine turn to med low cook 5 to 7 min until sauce is reduced by 3/4
toss with cooked pasta and top with parmesan cheese
