My housemate is usually reclusive to antisocial, so it was a bit of a surprise when she asked me to sit out in the sun with her today. Nice to socialise with her a bit, and we got to chatting.

She told me she'd noticed I'd lost a lot of weight and said I was looking very sexy, and that her friend had noticed too and was asking how I did it because she wants to get rid of her baby weight!

Not at GW yet, but it felt good to be told that.

Now, she says, I need to buy more fashionable clothes and stop spending evenings riding my horse so I can walk in the city instead and attract men. Fat chance I'll ever give up horses in favour of guys, though... :laugh:

Sometimes people are afraid to insult their newly-thinner friends. It is great that you responded so positively!!!
No need to give up horses, just hang out at better stables ;-)

:blushing: You know what I mean. And it's nowhere near as bad as the girl I used to ride with, who got on someone else's much bigger horse and commented that "there's nothing like the feeling of 18 hands between your legs".

on Friday last week i randomly had four separate people telling me i looked thinner. funnily i've been the same weight for over a month but it was nice to hear
