How many kcals per day?

I've returned to MFP after a long break. I used to run a heck of a lot and had got down to 71kg and 10% BF, but since a series of injuries I've gone up to 89kg and 24%!
Thing is I can't remember how to calculate the kcals level I should be working to. My BMR is 1773 but how do I work the overall target? MFP says 1240 as their guide based on 2lb loss.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Enter your age, height, current weight and activity level and an appropriate weight loss target
Base your activity level on your general day to day worklife - eg if you've got a desk job and barely move you're sedentary - if you're a manual labourer on a construction site or similar you're probably highly active
that's your base level of calories - then you add in your exercise
so if you're going for a run - add it in - but if you're not using an HRM, halve the calories MFP gives you
eat your base plus your exercise

Unless you want to cut from TDEE then you go somewhere like Scoobyworkshop and enter your details and then manually adjust your calories on MFP0
