Hi I am 40 yrs old and need to lose 80 pounds I have lost 11 pounds in 2 months so I guess I am doing something right but I would love to lose about 20 more by January so I can can be a size smaller for my birthday! I want to start replacing 2 meals with a healthy smoothie but never had before so need some recipes is there anyone that knows of a good healthy smoothie recipe please let me know would like to start on it next week if possible!
