Bad Biometric Screening

I have been up and down with my weight however after I completed my biometric screening for work it woke me up! It's not about losing weight I want to be healthy and not have a stroke. I have had enough and I am praying I can reach my healthy goal. Operation kick bad cholesterols butt!
