I love 'em and tend to grab them up on sale. I have one a couple times a week, great pre-run snacking for a bit of extra energy. Like everyone else said, if they fit in your over all calorie goals, it's all good.0

As long as you are under your calories it really shouldn't effect your weight loss. As you lose weight and get to eat less calories in a day you will noticed they are way too high in calories to be a snack! That is because their intent is almost like a meal replacement or fuel for intense exercise. I keep a few around for those crazy weekends when I'm going to the gym, work, and the barn and don't know if I'll get to eat an actual lunch, etc. You do want to watch the sugar and carb content if that is a concern for you. I rate them "ok" on the healthy food scale because they are better than your typical granola bar, but there are other bars that are less processed.0
