start maintaince diet or continue cutting

Hello I have a elbow injury and shoulder injury Im not doing any pushing movements or pulling movements in the gym.
I am on a waiting list for my phsiotherapist in 2-3 weeks.
im cutting at 2500 calories my maintance calories is roughly 2900 should I continue or add 100-150 calories until im fully healed then kick the calories back to 2500
