Exercise routine?

Just some back information: I am 18 years old, Male, 180lbs, currently living at college.

I want to lose about 20 pounds of fat. I know that I have to diet along with exercise and that is my plan. I am starting to get more comfortable in the gym as to how to do stuff, but I have no idea what I should do, how many, and when. If any one likes to make quick work out plans for weight loss/muscle gain (more weight loss) I would appreciate it so much. I have a gym here at school to use as well as a track and pool ect... I just need something to get used to doing every week for an hour tops and I know I can/will do it. If anyone could help that would just be amazing.
