Fitbit Data Now Being Used In The Courtroom
You Fitbit users out here may want to read this and consider how you use Fitbit in the future:

Although in this case, the data is being used in the subject's favor, I can see instances where such data could be use against a Fitbit owner.
Facebook data, Twitter data, etc, has been used in the courtroom for quite a while now.
