Pain in my ears/head during exercise?

Has anyone else ever experienced this?? I get severe earaches and headaches when I work out. Sometimes the headaches are SHARP pain. It usually happens when I work out in the cold, but today I was working out in my 70 degree bedroom and got an earache after only 7 minutes. This has happened to me since I was probably about 10, because I remember getting sick at school and feeling like throwing up after we did our outdoor mile run in the fall time when it was cold outside.

I get this and find having my ears and mouth covered keeps the air warm/moist enough and prevents wind from rushing past my ears.

I also get swimmers ear in the shower if I'm not careful. I have a short jaw and I think that makes my ear canal and sinuses a bit more prone to issues because of shape variations.

TMJ? Migraines? See a doctor to get it sorted out.

Only happens when you exercise? If so, then there's an issue with the way you breath. Google Valsalva maneuver.
