shakes, smoothies?

Just brought a breville blend active. Looking for some low calorie recipes found a few online but thought this was also a good place to ask

    I make green smoothies. Spinach and or kale. Banana and frozen strawberries. I also add goji berries. U can get creative. Usually one part veg n two parts fruit to mask the veg taste. There is a recipe tab on mfp so u can log for calories/nutrition! Yum!

    Frozen blueberries (about 100g or around a cup), some protein powder, half a banana (frozen or not), and 1/4 cup of greek yogurt blended with a low cal juice (like Trop 50 or some such). If you don't like the low cal juices, you can just freeze your berries and use just water. It's still yummy but a little blander. You can also switch up the blueberries, but they can mask any protein powder you put into it, and still taste delicious.

    Switching out the blueberries for Blackberries or raspberries are also an option.
