Women - 5'4" @ 130lbs - goal 120lbs

Hey Ya'll!

Looking for women in the same boat..

I'm currently 133lbs and just trying to keep a steady workout schedule between full time work & School.
Currently running & weight lifting at home min 4 days a week.
My goal is to loose inches around my waist - not really that concerned with weight..

Goal weight - 120s
Goal waist - 134"

Current Weight - 133
Current Waist - 136.5"

Anyone else?? <3

    Would you like to re-enter your waist measurements? One hundred thirty four inches is pretty big. Heck, it doesn't even make sense in centimeters.

    Me!!! I am currently 130lbs and would LOVE to go down to 120, although I would still be happy at 125. I find it really hard to break below 130 though.

    Same here.. I fluctuate without working out between 133-138..

    What do your workouts consist of??

    Count me in! I got as low as 122 earlier this year (down from a high of 148 on New Year's Day), but I slowly crept back up to 133 over the summer. It seems like my body's set point has always been 130, but I'd love to get down to 120, if only to see what I'd look/feel like. My waist is currently about 27" but I'd like to shrink it to 25" if possible. I was smallest (and had the lowest body fat %) when I was doing Stronglifts 5x5, so I just restarted that program this week. I also run 3 days/week (4-10 miles), cycle 1-2x/week, and swim 1-2x/week.

    Wait..Your goal waist is 34 inches in the 120s? Bodies amaze me. My goal waist is 25 or 26 in the 130s.

    Edited to make sure you know I wasn't criticizing. My hips are huge so that's where all my fat is!

    ^^^ I was actually thinking the same thing. Are you measuring your waist at the narrowest part, typically an inch or two above your belly button? I'm fairly thick-waisted, and mine measured 31.5" at 142 lbs.

    I'm in a similar boat as well. Trying to shed my mommy belly. I'm currently stuck at 139lbs and 5'4" with goal weight of 125. (I was 203-205 when I had my daughter) so I've came a long way but these last few pounds are SOOO hard to get rid of!

    Yeah, OP, now I wanna know! I do keep track of the measurement at my belly button too but I don't call it my true waist measurement. Just for me to watch progress.
