Lately my face has been thinning out like crazy and for some reason, the right side is thinner than the left. Supposedly I'm the only one who's noticed (it's subtle), but it's been bothering me. It's definitely fat and not my bone structure. What could cause this? and is there any way to fix it?

If no one else sees it, I'd say it is probably in you head.

You could do some face exercises / stretches to tighten those facial muscles. I doubt it would make much difference though.

I dunno. Nobody else can notice (not even me, sometimes) that I have one boob smaller than the other, but I do.

We learn to live with our issues. :)

Do you sleep on the thinner side? Maybe try sleeping on the other side.

You're probably the only one who notices this.

It may be a variation of "we all lose weight differently, in different places, at different rates".
But I like the idea about sleeping on the other side, if you are sleeping on the thinner side.

If sleeping on it works, I'm sleeping on my asp.

Start chewing gum with your left molars tone up that side of your face

Humans are not perfectly symmetric. Not a single one. I've got one boob bigger than the other, my nose is crooked, one eye is bigger than the other, etc. But no one notices these things (or even cares--even me, I really don't mind).

And as far as an asymmetrical face, no one notices but you, I promise.
