Another new member to the MFP club

Hello all !!
I signed up on MFP last week.
Have dropped 22lbs and my goal is to drop another 5, but I seem to be stuck ... hoping that by signing up here I'll be able to figure out a way.
Although I was eating well overall, tracking everything I eat has really opened my eyes.
I still treat myself from time to time, but eat smaller portions.
I am not interested in working out at the gym, but do enjoy walking/hiking as well as cycling.
When I started (22 lbs ago), I could barely walk up the 4 flights of stairs at the office, I can now run up the 4 flights no problem .... well ok, maybe I get a bit winded.
I started biking again this past summer for the 1st time in 3 years and really enjoyed it, if I can feel a bit stronger come spring I plan on biking to work (13km/8miles each way).
