Sugar

I've recently started myfitnesspal and had been having greek yogurt for breakfast, and an apple later in the day. If I am only allowed 24 sugars, I use more than that with these two items. Could stop the yogurt, but then could not add an apple or much of anything else. How do you manage to the sugar???

Unless you have a medical condition that requires you to limit sugars I'd suggest mostly ignoring it. There's nothing wrong with having greek yogurt and a couple pieces of fruit. You're tracking carbs already, the sugar is just another carb.0

I pay less attention to natural sugars, such as those in yoghurt and fruits than I do to the artificial stuff. I wouldn't cut out the apple OR the yoghurt even if it means going over the sugar macro on MFP. Natural sugars > hfcs etc.0
