Hello I'm new to MFP and love it. I would like to lose quite a bit of weight but more important I want to change my eating habits and learn to eat healthier meals. Im 55 so I have a lot less years ahead that what I've left behind so I would like to live them to the fullest. One of my goals is to be able to get into a kayak without tipping it. I also want to hike the Grouse Grind, which is a trail straight up the side of Grouse Mountain. Cheers

    Quitting smoking is what kicked off my weight loss journey too. It's the perfect time to test out your new found lung capacity. Contrats and good luck!
