Hey, if anyone is interested, i'm starting a free clean eating group on facebook.
It starts December 1st, and includes a meal plan and grocery list, all you have to do is get your groceries and cook the food lol.
Most people lose 4-5lbs and 1-2 inches off their waist for the 7 days
the most i had a woman lose was 9lbs
and a male lost 14lbs in the 7 days (i was amazed!) lol
