Recording exercise, what type is this?

Just curious, how much of a difference does the type of exercise make when you record it in myfitnesspal?
I just did an interval run where I would run x distance really fast (75-90%) and then slow jog for x distance, and I did it for about 5 miles. My min/mile time averaged to 7:20min per mile. Should I pick a running 7.5 mile exercise or an aerobic high impact exercise for recording it in myfitnesspal?
