    ^^Can you not use your dumbells to do some compound work? What about bodyweight stuff (push-ups, dips, chins, pull-ups etc)?

    The dumbbells I have are 20 pounds each, so I'm not sure if there are any compound exercises aside from the overhead press that would be challenging enough.

    Doing a bit of bodyweight work (like pushups) could work if that would help in my situation.
