Hello!

Hi all! My name is Marci and am 54 years old. My young co-workers are health conscience people, so I decided to try and do better myself. Although I am not overweight, I believe in just eating healthy and staying as fit as I can. Working at a desk all day makes it difficult to exercise as much as I would like along with winter settling in. I prefer to exercise at home as I am an admitted homebody when not at work, so doing stretches, walking on my treadmill and using small hand weights is about as good as it gets with me. I thought though, by using this website, that I would actually SEE how many calories I'm taking in and how many go out when I do exercise. I wouldn't mind losing 10 lbs, so hope this MyFitnessPlan keeps me accountable. :)
