I always have trouble keeping my sodium down. I'm also trying to up my protein intake. Any good recipes that do both?

I have the same problem and I bloat something terrible when I go over my sodium limit! I don't have specific recipes, but I have been modifying the ones I have to use less. If a recipe calls for a can of black beans, for example (and a lot of mine do), I will use a "no salt added" variety. Same for corn, tomatoes, etc..I also switched to low sodium Ezekiel bread and saved myself about 300 mg per two slices. Also, white cheeses tend to have lower sodium than orange ones. This is very important for a diet like mine! :laugh:0

Great idea. I'll have to pay closer attention to see if there are lower sodium options for what I already use. Thanks!0
