People who have or do PIYO:
>How did you like it?
>Did you find it helped stretch you out? I am feeling very stiff today. I'm still waiting for it to come in the mail, but I'm thinking the yoga aspect will help me stretch things I don't think about.
>For people who are tired after work like myself, that always have the excuse that you'll work out but now you're "too tired", lol how long did it take until you had to stop pushing yourself to do it and had the energy and the "want" to do it?? Was 6 days a week too much?? I'm thinking it's a lot...that's almost everyday.
>How long until you did it enough to not feel so hard anymore?

Thoughts, thanks!!

    Hi!
I finished the PiYo program at the end of October. I loved it! I consider myself an advanced yogi, so I was worried that it wouldn't be enough of a challenge but the cardio aspect was awesome.

There are different workouts for each day and the Pilates, yoga based ones really help to stretch and tone. Even now, in between more intense workouts, I will do a PiYo session to stretch.

I exercise after work too, so I definitely understand how it can be hard to find motivation after a long stressful work day. The good news is that the longest PiYo session is only 40 min or so long. I figure I can sit on my butt and watch mindless tv for an hour.. I think after the first couple weeks and you go through all the different sessions, it's not so hard because you are familiar with the moves, but it was always challenging for me!

I hope you like it! I lost 5 lbs doing PiYo for the first time, so I really thought it was a good program. I am thinking of doing a second round of PiYo in jan to combat holiday aftershock. Feel free to send me a friend invite too!

I meant to write " I can sit on my butt... OR get a quick workout in with my PiYo and not feel like I wasted the evening watching too much tv!"

I just took my first PiYo class yesterday and it was great. It felt nice on my body but it was still very effective. I'm thinking of buying the set because I can only get to a live class once a week, though.
