Any tips on ending the whole calorie counting thing or is it something that should be used for a lifetime ? I'm at a point where I need to maintain my weight

I hit my goal weight and went to maintenance calories 6 months ago (down 125 pounds). I decided I would continue logging for a year just to really get to know what maintenance is for me.
I may decide to continue logging after that, we'll see. The way I figure it, I had a lot of years of not paying attention to my intake and it will take some time to learn what works for me to maintain. Everyone is different though - you might do just fine not logging or logging sporadically. You can always go a few weeks without logging and see how you do. If you find the weight creeping back up you can always get back to logging.0 -
OP, at 5'2" you do not want to maintain at 95 lbs. Please seek professional help. You are really underweight and you think you're ok. You need to gain weight to be ok.0
