What do you do to "recharge"?

Here it is almost 6:30 and I am still at work, I have been going non-stop all day (like a lot of people), even though I have a low energy desk job I always seem to be mentally drained and physically fatigued by the end of the day.
Most days I don't get a chance to take a break, I eat lunch at my desk which usually consists of veggies and protein so I don't get the sugar crashes.
I know taking a break and going for a walk or doing a short session of exercise would refresh me but some days it's just dealing with one emergency after another and I just can't seem to take a break. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do on the 30 - 40 minute commute home to make me feel refreshed and energized?
What do you do to get recharged when you are mentally and physically drained??
