Just putting this here for personal accountability.
I've made an executive decision: I'm going to eat at maintenance through the holidays. I've gained and lost and gained and lost the same 5 lbs for a couple of months now. I'm worn out. I'm giving myself permission to eat 1700 calories a day rather than 1400. I'm going to keep logging and exercising. The eating will probably be pretty much the same as I've been doing, only without the guilt. My hope is that in the new year I'll be mentally refreshed and better able to deal with the hunger.
There.
