I saw a pic of myself and could notice some weight loss! Woo!0

At least 5 people at work have told me I'm "melting away". Apparently I need to wear these pants more often0

When I started running about 6 weeks ago, the longest I could go before having to walk again was a half mile. Today, I was able to run 1.3 miles before walking!0

I was really tired from work and just wanted to go to bed tonight, but I did my circuit training anyway because I knew I would be glad I did it afterward. Except now its REALLY bedtime, and I'm wide awake, ha ha.0

My BMI went down by 14 and my wedding ring keeps falling off!0

I looked in mirror the other day and could finally see a difference. Up to then I could see it in my face and that my jeans were getting loose. Now I can actually see it in the mirror. Also I had a Dr. appointment today. My blood pressure went from 124/78 in Aug to 102/68 today!0

Managed to get off my toes and actually do some balancing in "crow" position (hands on floor, knees on elbows) during yoga today. First time I've managed that for this position.0

My son gave me a hug and was very proud to let me know that his arms reach all the way around me now.0

So at work today they had a potluck lunch for a lady who is retiring in a different department than I work in. At about 1:30 when their department had eaten they announced to the office that there were leftovers and anyone was welcome to have some.
It's 4:40, I'm getting ready to go home and I have gone to that part of the office a couple times today and I did not have a single bite. I really wanted to, and it smelled so good but I knew I was going out tonight (for my book club - woot, nerds) and I planned carefully today so I could go out and enjoy tonight. I am so proud of myself for not eating any of it. Normally I would have grabbed a plate and put a bunch of stuff on it (even if I did already eat lunch)0 -
I scored major sales at the Gap because now the clothes fit me again. Tops and bottoms. And not even the largest sizes. Top size large fits just right. In a year the shirts I bought will be my comfy shirts Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!0

I learned to check the cut of a piece of clothing before I start beating myself up.... several shirts that were way too tight were just "extra slim fit". Even if I were at my goal, "extra slim fit" and I are not friends and probably never will be.
ETA: I LOVE these types of threads! It's so wonderful hearing everybody's victories!0 -
Still working towards finding my 1RM for deadlifts. Today I pulled 225 lb, and still feel as if I have a little more gas in the tank, so not there yet, but getting close.0

my boyfriend put his arm around me and my roll there has went down significantly, I didn't notice until he started rubbing my side0

Awesome!0 -
It's a holiday I got a great workout in and stayed within my calories/macros including a piece of pie and stuffing0

I had a wonderful NSV today. I cooked the whole Thanksgiving dinner without breaking a sweat. Usually in these big undertakings I'm sweating like crazy by the time dinner's ready. I was pretty shocked when I realized it – and I worked hard all day, too! What an awesome feeling.0

I tried on a pair of jeans that I could not zip for years. I tried them on this morning and i could button and zip them. Still a bit tight, but should be just right by Christmas0

I only had 1 plate of food and each things was enough for maybe 2 bites besides the turkey. I didn't pile on the dessert either, I had 2 small cookies and a bite off my son's plate of coconut cream pie. Today might be Thanksgiving but I'm full and happy and I'm not miserable.0

It's odd that after many years of getting fit/healthier I find I have more than one NSV a day now. I guess that in itself is a NSV, actually noticing that I have more than one a day. One of my favorites will always be being able to zip that first pair of tall boots, another seeing myself in a mirror while shopping and not knowing it was myself, yes I actually said excuse me for cutting myself off. LOL0
