All About Carbs! Info Please!

Hello! Ive lost quite a bit of weight from just counting calories and not worrying about my macros which is awesome! But I noticed I eat a lot of carbs and not the most healthy choices. What I eat on average is a lean hot pocket for breakfast with a tangerine. For lunch I'll have a sandwich with one piece of bread, pretzels, and a fiber one bar. For a snack I might have a bagel or some cereal. Dinner Ill most likely have something bread based with more pretzels and maybe some fruit.
Does your specific food choices determine where and how you lose weight? Does it even matter? I want to lose my last 3 pounds and would love more information on this because some people say carbs cause tummy fat? Thanks for any advice you can give! :smile:
