    Someone posted this on facebook I added a teaspoon of pure vanilla and because I was out of Pam Spray I used 1 tablespoon of Smart Balance Buttery Spread with flaxseed oil to grease the pan. I made 20 cookies (I tablespoon drop) of 39 calories each. You can flatten them out with a fork like you would peanut butter cookies or leave them as a drop cookie (they do not flatten out on their own)

    That's it? only 3 ingredients? 4 if we add vanilla? Wow! I have GOT to try these!

    Are they kept in air tight container? or do they turn to bricks by the next day? :D

    I just made them for the first time today--I won't know until tomorrow about the brick thing. Tried the drop (moist choice) and flattened...prefer the drop delicious warm! I put some in the refrigerator and some in the freezer (for lunches--don't know how well they freeze) I'd said air tight and refrigerate as there are no preservatives.
