Hello all. My weight has always been an issue. I have lost a bit over the years. I am now 223lbs with a goal of 180. I was using the LoseIt app with a goal of 2 lbs loss a weeks with an allowance of ~1800 cals. I switched to MFP and am allowed 1440 cal. So the past couple days have been challenging... Anyway I just wanted to say hello and I look forward to being active in the community. Feel free to friend me!
