..this is the first time I've decided to expand my friend list and be more interactive. I really enjoy taking inspiration from other diaries.
When I first started MFP, I got down to 140lbs, but I've gained 27lbs or so eating out a lot. I feel tired all the time and eat a lot of junk so hoping having support will get me down to my goal of 120lbs as I'm only 5ft3.
I have hyperhidrosis so get a little self conscious after dripping with sweat a minute into a workout but I'm trying to move past this. Running in the rain is my favourite cover up so far!
