Ground chicken recipes

I have done burger n tacos any other suggestions oven isn't working so stove top option only which sucks :(

    Chicken Chili all up on that stovetop! There's a great Turkey Chili recipe in Cook This Not That that I'm sure you could sub in chicken. Super tasty!

    ETA: Doesn't this belong in the Recipes section?

    Try ground turkey instead of ground chicken. Buy ground turkey sausage and make tuscan soup. Ground turkey sausage in eggs. Ground turkey sausage in chili.

    I haven't cooked with red meat in....Goodness, I can't even tell you when I did last.

    Ground chicken sloppy joes or sloppy joe spaghetti.

    I feel your pain. We don't like ground turkey and the husband can't do a lot of beef so we eat a TON of ground chicken.

    Another recipe that I like:
    1 lb ground chicken
    onion powder, salt, pepper, dash of cayenne, and parsley
    Bread crumbs - just enough to hold it together.

    I made this mixture into 4 patties and cook them in a non-stick skillet until they are fully cooked. (I add a teansy bit of oil so they won't stick.)

    OR add parm and garlic and make into meatballs!

    You can substitute ground chicken in any recipe that calls for ground beef.
