I ate this salad for dinner but have no clue how to add it to my food diary. http://www.readypac.com/product/southwestern-salad/
The salad has chicken, dressing, and cheese that you can add to the lettuce, but it's all in a separate container and I only ate the salad. I'm assuming the serving the label is referring to also includes the chicken, dressing and cheese- it doesn't mean just the lettuce has 130 calories per serving?

I would say you are correct. If you ate all the lettuce, just look up a small serving of lettuce, which has barely any nutritional anything to it. Probably would have been better with the whole salad.
Then again, if you do plan on eating rest of it later, log half now, half later. The fact you only ate lettuce now, and rest later, isn't that big of a deal.0
