Starting my journey...want to walk with me?

Hi! Jennie, 55, married, 5'3", 240 lbs, bad knees, cranky back, real food lover, paying for a gym membership that I have used once. Now that I have all THAT off my chest, I'm not in a big hurry to drop a hundred lbs, I'm more motivated to get healthier! I want to be able to take a walk with my dog without biting my lip all the way home. I want to be able to walk to support animal rescue, or diabetes, or breast cancer if I feel like it. Can you relate?

    Feel free to add me as a friend, diary is open and I try and log in daily. Have lost the majority of my weight by just eating less and moving more, happy to do it slowly. Hopefully then ive more chance of it staying off
